Payment Follow-Up Orchestrator
Chase overdue invoices without the spreadsheet anxiety
Recover stuck cash without the manual chase. The orchestrator reads your billing source of truth, drafts personalized follow-ups calibrated by days-overdue, and loops in your account manager via Slack — turning a half-day collections sprint into a 5-minute review-and-send.
How it runs
Multi-agent orchestration — here's the flow, step by step.
Phase 1 — Input source clarification: ask user to pick Google Sheet URL, Airtable base, or pasted CSV. Auto-map columns. Confirm before proceeding.
Phase 2 — Filter clarification: confirm overdue threshold (default 7d), amount floor, status filter, optional allow/deny lists.
Phase 3 — Output channel clarification: multi-select Gmail drafts, Slack channel post, Slack DM, or internal-only.
Phase 4 — Read + classify: compute days_overdue per row, bucket by tier, apply filters, present Classification Summary.
Phase 5 — Stage: draft per-client Gmail follow-ups with tier-calibrated tone, stage Slack digest, gate behind explicit "send" confirmation.
Phase 6 — Dispatch on confirm: send Gmail, post Slack, DM account manager. Emit Result Card.
