Duration5-10 minutes

Unifies documents and task state across knowledge and project systems, producing a brief with decisions, files, tasks, risks, and missing owners.

How it runs

Multi-agent orchestration — here's the flow, step by step.

01

Call verslay_recall to retrieve prior knowledge surface state and cross-system link maps from memory. Then query configured Notion databases (project docs, decisions, SOPs, meeting notes) to retrieve pages updated in the last 7 days — extracting page title, owner, last-edited date, and content summary. In parallel, call clickup-workspace-orchestrator to pull recently updated tasks and comments. Store both system outputs as Phase 1 output.

notion knowledge base operator
02

Consume Phase 1 cross-system data. Scan the user's Google Drive for documents modified in the last 7 days in the configured project folders — extracting file name, owner, last-modified date, and file type. Cross-reference Drive doc titles with Notion page titles to detect duplicates (same document existing in both systems). Build a cross-system content inventory.

inbox scanner
02

In parallel with inbox-scanner, call verslay_web_search and verslay_news_search targeting 'knowledge management cross-platform consolidation best practices' and 'single source of truth knowledge base'. Call verslay_scholar_search for organizational knowledge management research. Pass framework guidance for resolving duplication and establishing authority sources to Phase 3.

web researcher
03

Consume Phase 1 Notion + ClickUp data, Phase 2 Drive inventory, and Phase 2 framework guidance. Perform cross-system synthesis: (a) link ClickUp tasks to their corresponding Notion project pages; (b) flag duplicate content across Notion and Drive; (c) identify knowledge gaps — ClickUp projects with no Notion documentation, decisions with no linked tasks. Produce a unified cross-system knowledge map.

knowledge synthesizer
04

Consume Phase 3 unified knowledge map. Compute knowledge surface health metrics: coverage rate (ClickUp projects with linked Notion docs), duplication count, gap count, and content freshness score (average age of linked documents). Call verslay_chart_create to build a cross-system coverage bar chart (Notion / Drive / ClickUp by project) and a knowledge-gap severity matrix. Produce a health scorecard.

data analyst
05

Consume Phase 4 health scorecard, coverage chart, and gap matrix. Write a unified knowledge surface report: coverage summary by system, top five gaps with recommended owners, duplicate resolution actions, and a recommended 'authority source' designation for each duplicated content area. Call verslay_memorize to store the cross-system link map and knowledge health state in memory.

executive briefing writer
05

Receive the unified knowledge surface report from executive-briefing-writer. Deliver to the configured Slack channel or email the operations team. Confirm delivery and log send timestamp.
