ClickUp Sprint Triage

Run the standup from real task data.

Reduces meeting time and delivery drift by surfacing what actually needs attention in ClickUp.

Duration3-5 minutes

Scans sprint tasks by status, owner, due date, and comments, then identifies blockers, stale items, unclear ownership, and the next actions needed to keep delivery moving.

How it runs

Multi-agent orchestration — here's the flow, step by step.

01

Call verslay_recall to retrieve prior sprint velocity and triage decisions from memory. Then call clickup-workspace-orchestrator to pull all tasks in the current sprint list — status, priority, assignee, estimate, due date, and any 'blocked' or 'in review' flags. Also pull the backlog for candidate tasks that could fill capacity if sprint items are descoped. Store raw sprint state as Phase 1 output.

pm scanner
02

Consume Phase 1 sprint data. Compute sprint health metrics: total estimated hours vs. available team hours, completion-rate trend from last two sprints (from verslay_recall), percentage of tasks in 'blocked' or 'not started' status with fewer than 3 days remaining, and per-member load distribution. Flag tasks at high risk of not completing. Produce a sprint health scorecard.

data analyst
02

In parallel with data-analyst, call verslay_web_search and verslay_news_search targeting 'agile sprint triage decision frameworks' and 'sprint scope descoping best practices'. Call verslay_reddit_search on r/agile and r/projectmanagement for community-tested triage heuristics. Pass triage framework recommendations to Phase 3.

web researcher
03

Consume Phase 2 sprint health scorecard and at-risk task list. For each at-risk task, pull full detail: blocking dependencies, last comment, assignee current workload. Apply triage criteria from Phase 2 frameworks: (a) must-finish (P0/P1 with external dependency), (b) can-slip (P2+ no external dependency), (c) needs-reassignment (blocked, owner over-capacity). Produce a triage decision table.

clickup workspace orchestrator
04

Consume Phase 3 triage decision table and Phase 2 sprint health scorecard. Call verslay_chart_create to build a sprint burn-down projection chart (estimated vs. completable) and a task-status breakdown by triage category. Format the triage report with three sections: 'Complete This Sprint', 'Slip to Next Sprint', and 'Reassign Now'.

report formatter
05

Consume Phase 4 triage report and charts. Write a sprint triage brief suitable for a 15-minute stand-up: sprint health summary, triage decisions with rationale, recommended reassignments, and backlog candidates to pull in if capacity frees up. Call verslay_memorize to store sprint state, triage decisions, and velocity data in memory.

executive briefing writer
05

Receive the sprint triage brief from executive-briefing-writer. Post to the configured Slack channel or email the team. Confirm delivery and log send timestamp.
